Len has over 25 years of experience in visual communications and strategy. Over the last decade his focus has been primarily in the digital area.
Specializing in corporate communications, Len founded one of Canada's most successful production companies. His company created leading edge video production, TV commercials, digital strategy and media.
In 2006, Len and Larry formed a partnership to create a new BLUERUSH with the intent of creating personalized customer experiences using a unique blend of digital media and deep technology capabilities. BLUERUSH works with clients in the financial services, healthcare and packaged goods industries leveraging current digital technologies and services, creating great user experiences at all points in the customer journey.
Mr. Brosseau holds a Bachelor's Degree (B.Sc.) in Politics and Economics and a Master's Degree in Political Science from the Université de Montréal.
Mr. Brosseau is currently Founding Partner of Avenue Capital Markets BNB Inc., a registered Exempt Market Dealer, specializing in strategic intervention, M&A and restructuring for growth companies, private and public. Prior to Avenue Capital Markets BNB Inc., Mr. Brosseau was President and Head of Capital Markets for Blackmont Capital Markets Inc., based in Toronto and Montreal, having joined in 2007. Prior to that, Mr. Brosseau was with CIBC for 12 years in various senior executive positions, mostly based in Toronto. Most recently, he was Managing Director, Head of Canadian Cash Equities and Co-Head of Global Cash Equities at CIBC's investment banking division, CIBC World Markets.
Mr. Brosseau currently serves on the board of directors of DMD Digital Health Connections Group Inc. and the OSMO foundation, a not-for-profit organization supporting The Notman House, a Montreal based business accelerator focused on building a strong and vibrant ecosystem of successful and inspiring technology entrepreneurs in Montréal.
Mr. Moriarty graduated from St. Francis Xavier University in 1971 with a Bachelor of Science Degree. Mr. Moriarty is an entrepreneur with more than three decades of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, and is currently the Chief Executive Officer and owner of Synapse Marketing Consultants Ltd. Synapse has helped pioneer healthcare communications that address the unique information requirements of medical specialists working in technically-sophisticated fields including organ transplantation, cancer, infectious disease, cardiovascular disease and vaccines.
In addition to winning several program awards in the United States, Synapse was recognized by the Burlington Chamber of Commerce as Company of the Year in 2004 for its achievements in program and service development. Mr. Moriarty spent the first 13 years of his career working for three of Canada's leading pharmaceutical manufacturers, where he progressed through positions of increasing responsibility in both sales and marketing functions, including marketing management, new business development, product acquisition and licensing.
Mr. Jay Cashmore has over forty years in the IT Industry, mainly in the financial services and healthcare sectors (the two primary sectors that BlueRush serves). His career has encompassed most facets of IT, from computer operations and programming, project management, technical support, sales, and consulting, to general and executive management.
Mr. Cashmore has a broad background in the financial services sector, having been fortunate to work with all the major banks and many credit union centrals, investment dealers, mutual fund managers and insurance companies. Most of his involvement over the last thirty plus years have been focused on software development and the provision of related support and processing services to many of the large Canadian financial institutions. Jay was President and CEO of two private companies and one public company listed on the TSX.
